Lincoln Park Zoo

Last Sunday Matt, Tom, Mom, Dad, and I went to Lincoln Park Zoo. I thought everyone had a really good time. Later Tom and I watched The Prestige. That movie started Tom in on an obsession with movies that only come full-circle at the end. Yesterday him and I watched Minority Report.

Anyways... I'm not much in the typing mood, so I'll leave you with pictures from the zoo...

Wow! I love the pictures Tina!

I'm thinking of getting netflix so that I can watch more random films I hear about. Tom, I can't let you out pace me on the films you've seen! You probably know this but there are entire fields of study about film and narrative in college. I should send you my paper on The Prestige to see what you think. is it 5c012ch3d@yahoo.com?

That bear with it's tongue out seems sick to me...

That other bear standing next to mom with the red shirt on frightens me.

The zoo looks like alot of fun.
@Tom: check out the movie "12 monkeys". It is "full circle" from start to end. and middle. then rent "Roman Holiday," to stay classy. :)

tom,

i have to second jim's recommendation. 12 monkeys is a great one that your imagination will just eat right up.

Nice photos. The bear is hilarious! Was he just sleeping like that?

about the bear: the bear had surgery on her jaw a few years ago and now her tongue always hangs out. haha i was telling my mom that it looked like a pig crossed with a big dog and someone overheard me and started laughing and then whoever they were with yelled at them and told them about how it had had jaw surgery. then i saw the sign explaining all of that.

tom- the picture of the warthog, mom, and me? i hate that picture and you know why!
