Hi Tom. What a fun little picture/game. The word that I think of when I see this is
"Tom + Reid = True Love"
"Hey man, would you let me out?"
Sorry I broke the one word limit.
"Froggy."---it just looks to me very much like bulging frog eyes.
Another possibility is: "Picasso-esque." Like some of Picasso's best drawings, it manages to evoke emotion with just a few lines!
