Edit - Some explanation and some cool news (Fame +1)

Okay so i took the picture out and left a link instead. See superman pic's if you click on the title.

To explain a little-- I worked on a Sunday to host a group of City Year volunteers as well as actor Brandon Routh - who played Superman in the most recent Superman Returns film. I want to explain more here but I'll just tell stories once we all meet back up... It was a very fun day and everyone worked real hard to get their projects completed.

The funny thing is I am also featured for about 6 or so seconds on this trailer for a TV show called Volunteer Nation- and so is my co-worker. His name is Adam Weingarten and he is from Buffalo Grove, IL. He's the second guy talking in front of the camera at about 0:24 seconds in. You can see me at about 1:50-ish kneeling, measuring, hammering, and raising this piece of what they call "shoring" which stabilizes a house from collapsing.

Back in December, I was interviewed and filmed and now I guess there is going to be an episode of it about Rebuilding New Orleans. It seems like an incredibly well made "Reality" television show, and also with a good purpose. At 1:53 I think it's my voice that says "We're one of the few countries where this is even an idea. Like, work a job and help people who don't have as much as you." (From what I remember about my interview I would have said something like this. but I don't know what my own voice sounds like [anyone want to help verify?])

There's a Bulls playoff game on now, I hope they have it available in New Orleans for your viewing pleasure.

Yes, Superman, and his ability to have no paint on him whatsoever. Just shows that Batman>Superman in every way possible. Including actually helping and inspiring the people. Psh, and he smiles thinking hes helping...

He does stand out as the cleanest one in the group. Did he get a chance to do any work, or were people asking for photos all day? It must have been fantastic working with a guy who can single-handedly pull old houses off their foundations, break them down, and fly the unusable debris to the dump.

Completely unrelated to superheroes:

Tina, did you have math today? We need another riddle.

I have a VERY good sound card and I know that's not your voice tone but I saw you nailing and measuring. Looks good.

Matt is right. That is not your voice, at all. You are doing great work, though! Keep it up!

i'll do one that's a one word answer since to thomas those are the only ones that count as riddles...
